Dr. Laurencelle’s background includes a unique combination of internal corporate experience, executive coaching and consulting with global firms and a clinical practice as a psychologist. Prior to her role with Pure Leadership Consulting, LLC, Dr. Laurencelle held the position of Executive Vice President with Right Management, Great Lakes Region, a global human resource consulting firm where she led the Talent Management sector of the business including all coaching, assessment and leadership development engagements. Prior to this, she held the Chief Learning Officer position at Comerica Bank. At Comerica, she developed the infrastructure for an enterprise-wide leadership development department responsible for talent management, succession planning, internal/external coaching, mentoring, high potential programs, orientation and on-boarding, performance management and leadership training. Dr. Laurencelle’s history also includes experience as a General Manager with Personnel Decisions International, a global talent management consulting firm, where she maintained profit and loss responsibility over consulting, sales and administrative functions spanning a multi-state territory.
